Blood Pressure Monitoring Log
Effective date: July 1, 2026

Blood Pressure Monitoring Log is designed as a private, local-only tracking app for blood pressure readings.

Data We Collect

The developer does not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share personal data from this app.

The app does not use user accounts, cloud sync, third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or subscriptions.

Data Stored on Your Device

Blood Pressure Monitoring Log lets you save systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse, date and time, and optional notes.

This information is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to the developer or to a developer-controlled server.

Sharing and Exporting

The app may let you export or share your reading history as text or PDF. Sharing only happens when you choose to use the iOS share sheet.

If you share a report through Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, or another app, that sharing is handled by Apple iOS and the app you select. Their privacy practices may apply.

Health and Medical Information

Blood Pressure Monitoring Log is for tracking purposes only and does not provide medical advice. The app does not diagnose, treat, or recommend medication.

If you have symptoms or concerns, contact a healthcare professional.

Children's Privacy

The app is not intended to collect information from children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Deletion

You can delete individual readings or clear all saved readings inside the app. Deleting data removes it from local app storage on your device.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted in the public GitHub repository.
